The patient is clinically and radiologically assessed before and after multi-cortical BCS implant insertion. The extraction and the fixation of the implants are managed in the same session and the length of these intervention is between 2-3 hours. Fixing implants is trans gingival without requiring incision, addition of bone or sinus lift.

On day two the metal frame is tested on the patient, and on the third day the works are cemented permanently. This can be done with manufactured composite metallic acrylic teeth as in the images below or by metallic ceramic.
